PES 2015 Transfers For PTE Patch 7.0 (Updated 2/7) by Nikos Kont

This file includes most of the transfers done until today (02/07). Also I replaced the teams that were relegated from 1st divisions with those that were promoted from 2nd divisions. If I have missed any transfer, let me know.
